JESSICA BAXTER

Jessica was born and raised in Rhode Island and has lived in Washington DC and Los Angeles. She is a graduate of American University with a Master’s of Public Administration from George Washington University, and currently works in media and public relations in the government sector.

Jessica relocated back to Rhode Island from Los Angeles with her husband John and their three children in 2020. Their oldest daughter is a recent graduate of the University of Rhode Island, their second daughter is an EGHS graduate attending Rhode Island College, and their son is entering 4th grade at Eldredge Elementary School.

JENNIFER BIALEK

Jennifer has over 15 years of experience working in business development for both non-profit associations and large corporations.  She has primarily focused on sponsorship and advertising sales for programs and events taking place around the world. In addition, from 2015 - 2020 she was the lead planner for a 1,000 person conference where she gained invaluable experience around all aspects of events. A graduate of University of Rhode Island, Jennifer and her family relocated back to Rhode Island from the DC area in 2016 and now lives in East Greenwich with her husband, three children entering grades 4, 6 and 9 and their Cavapoo, Tucker.

LINDSAY CARLOZZI

Lindsay Carlozzi is a well versed event specialist for Circe Restaurant Bar.  Lindsay has a passion for building strong relationships and fostering positive social media interactions! Her expertise lies in organizing and coordinating meetings and special events, such as ceremonies, parties, corporate gatherings, fundraisers and influencer partnerships.

Lindsay’s strategic approach and attention to detail have earned her recognition in the industry.

Lindsay joined EGEF in 2022 serving on the marketing and events committee.  She hopes to continue to bring her superior knowledge of the industry and creative ideas to this amazing foundation. Outside of work, Lindsay is incredibly involved with the PTG & volunteering as room parent at Eldredge Elementary School.  She enjoys attending events & jet-setting with her husband Carlo & her 3 kiddos,  Livia (14), Carlo III (11) & Lia (10).

CAROLINE CHANG

Caroline moved to Rhode Island in 2009 and settled in East Greenwich in 2012. She has two children who attend East Greenwich schools, where she has actively volunteered in the classroom and at school events for the past 8 years. Originally from New York, her education includes an Art History degree from Princeton University and a medical degree from NYU School of Medicine.  Caroline opened a dermatology practice in East Greenwich over 5 years ago, bringing her expertise and passion to the community. She is a long standing sponsor of EGEF and looks forward to taking a more active role in supporting our wonderful school system.  

NADINE DACEY

Nadine was born in Lebanon, and moved from Massachusetts to East Greenwich with her family in 2016. Her husband, Michael, grew up in East Greenwich and she has fallen in love with the town. She has two children, a daughter who recently graduated from EGHS, and a son who is going into fourth grade at Eldredge Elementary School. Nadine works in the jewelry industry and is always looking for opportunities to give back to her community .  

JEAN-NICOLE GOUDIE

Jean-Nicole Goudie is a native Rhode Islander who graduated from Providence College and received her Masters Degree from the University of Maryland. As a speech-language pathologist, she worked and lived in Los Angeles, Washington DC, and Philadelphia before moving back to Rhode Island.

Jean-Nicole has 2 sons at Cole Middle School as well as a daughter at Hanaford Elementary School.  She is active in PTG events and also serves on the board of the East Greenwich Flag Football League.

Jean-Nicole enjoys her work with EGEF serving on the events committee. She hopes to continue to make each event, big or small, valuable and meaningful for the foundation’s cause.

COURTNEY MACROPOULOS

Courtney Macropoulos is a proud native Rhode Islander who has called East Greenwich home since 2016. She lives in town with her husband and daughter, a student at Hanaford Elementary School, where she also serves as the Co-Vice President of the PTO. Courtney holds a Master of Science degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment and has over 20 years of teaching experience in the Secondary Education setting. She is currently enrolled in the Principal Residency Network, and is pursuing an administrative degree in educational leadership. Courtney is deeply committed to supporting both students and teachers on their educational journeys. Passionate about giving back to her community, she believes that schools are the heart of the community and play a vital role in bringing people together.

DAPHNEE RENTFROW

Daphnee comes to EGEF with years of experience in higher education, non-profits, and community engagement. She holds several advanced degrees, including a PhD from Brown University. Her career has included teaching, authoring research articles, and successful grant writing that has secured funds from organizations including the Rhode Island Council for the Humanities and the NEH. Daphnee works with Write Rhode Island promoting the literary arts in grades 7-12, and has previously served on the board of EG’s Cultural Organization of the Arts. Daphnee and her husband have three children who currently—or will soon—attend EGHS.

IRIS RIBEIRO

After graduating from the University of Hawaii, Iris relocated to Rhode Island. Although not originally from the area, she quickly fell in love with the state and the people. She recently settled into East Greenwich with her family, and has worked in the community for years as a Coach at OrangeTheory Fitness. 

Iris’ twin daughters currently attend Cole Middle School, where she also assists as one of the advisors for the Cole Drama Club. She has experience in theater and acting, and enjoys sharing her knowledge and creativity with the students.  Iris joined EGEF in 2022 as the emcee of the evening. She looks forward to continuing in that role and helping to create the best vibe and experience to all future EGEF events.
